Steps to Request Deletion

Submit Your Deletion Request

Fill out the request form on this page, or email us directly at support@phsconstructionarena.com with the subject line "Delete Account Request" from your registered phone number / email.

Verification & Account Processing

We verify the request against our records to prevent fraudulent account closures and securely delete the account within 30 days.

Completion Confirmation

We send a confirmation once done, notifying you via SMS or email that your account and personal records have been permanently erased.

Data that will be deleted

Upon completion of the 30-day verification period, the following personal account data is permanently removed:

Full Name Profile identification and customer display name.
Phone Number Primary registered mobile phone number used for login and authentication.
Saved Addresses Delivery addresses, shipping locations, contact names, and landmarks.
Profile Information User settings, preferences, app state, and wishlist data.
Push Notification Tokens Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens and device-linked identifiers.

Data that may be kept

Legal & Statutory Retention Notice:

Order and invoice records, kept for 7 years for legal and tax purposes, then deleted.

These transactional records cannot be immediately erased because commercial trade regulations, GST/tax auditing laws, and financial compliance standards mandate retaining order invoices and transaction logs for the statutory period.
